Mario carried out UKAS-accredited hose testing for us (FCS Facades) on our Tunbridge Wells project, and we couldn’t fault the service or professionalism. Everything was handled efficiently and to a very high standard.

We experienced a few issues with the water supply, which were eventually resolved, and throughout the process Mario remained extremely professional, patient, and cooperative, ensuring the testing was completed as planned.

Other testing companies might have called the visit abortive under similar circumstances, but Mario went above and beyond to get the job done.

Trace did an excellent, thorough job for us at a time when we were really in need. Very pleased with their work, which was methodical and efficient. We had issues with determining the origin of a smoke odour (and its toxins). This is now resolved after Luke Winconek and his team produced a detailed report on their findings. Should we have further issues, we will be consulting Trace again. On top of that, Luke--and everyone involved--were really friendly. They were great to have around and I can't recommend their services enough.

I reached out to Trace Surveys after my rental property was placed under council sanction due to mould caused by a historic roof leak, which had already been repaired. Despite addressing the issue, the council’s damp meter readings still showed ‘elevated’ moisture levels.

Luke Winconek attended the property and quickly confirmed my suspicions; there was no ongoing moisture ingress, overall damp readings were not elevated, and any remaining dampness was simply residual from the previous leak — likely lingering due to the property being vacant and unheated.
