I recently dealt with Tovey Bros after losing my husband Steve.
All of the staff were extremely polite, respectful and professional throughout.
Paul looked after myself and my family and he always kept us updated. Paul listened completely to what I wanted, reassured me when needed and fully supported me in giving Steve the send off he deserved.
I can't thank everyone enough for their kindness, especially Paul.

I must honestly say that I never knew how much pain and heartache we all feel when we lose a loved 1. My dad, Peter John Hargreaves passed away recently, my 1st experience of losing someone so close to me so suddenly hit me so hard I didn't know what to do. I was recommended to book an appointment to see tovey brothers who would help me through this unexplainable painful experience to start the process of my dad's funeral. To be honest I thought nobody can help me with anything at all, and how wrong I was after the 1st meeting I had with Mark Roche who helped me to realise that there is a way through all this pain and suffering and to do what had to be done for my dad in such a professional way to put my dad to rest in the best professional way that I could ever ask for, sorting out a ulogist Katie who helped put the speeches and his lifetimes growing up from a little boy to the man I am so proud to call my dad and the way she done this was overwhelming and all my family who was there said it couldn't have been any better and this is all down to Tovey Bros who sorted everything from the flowers which the only way to describe them is Elton John would have bought them, and the service sheets were absolutely amazing in every detail and the cars he provided to take us to the crem were stunning. My daughter couldn't attend his funeral which was more pain for us as she's in Australia but Mark says no problem we can put it on a live webcast so she didn't miss the funeral either which meant the world to us, and the price to pay for something like this we thought would be a big sum but would pay anything so nobody missed out on this amazing service provided and It was less than £100 a lot less in fact. It would probably cost more than this webcast did to send a cd by post to Australia. So these people at Tovey brothers from start to finish even the aftercare you receive is so unbelievably amazing in every way possible I would highly recommend them to each and every person who has to go through these sad and hurtful times of our lives. They say they will take care of you throughout the hardest time in life we will ever go through and I must say, they meant it, and got me through something I said I would never be able to do no matter what they say or try and the costs of it all I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart was less than half of what I guessed the final price was going to be around. Thank you ever so much to each and everyone of you at Tovey Bros for helping me lay my dad to rest in the way you did. His beloved daughter Kelly + son in law Yanto. God bless you all xxxx

I am so pleased we chose Tovey Brothers to take care of my late father's funeral. They were sympathetic, professional and helpful from the first email onwards. They helped us navigate all aspects of the process, including some of the legal requirements, and dealt with the more personal side of things in such a way as to minimise distress, from collecting my father from hospital to conducting the funeral at Langstone Vale crematorium. Sadly I lost two very important and much loved people in my life within 6 weeks of each other recently, Tovey’s managed both funerals for me and I am unable to find any faults with their service from the time I initially made contact with them to the time my loved ones were laid to rest. The whole process was absolutely professional to the highest of standards and they looked after me , my family and my loved ones right the way throughout.
I have to say a huge thank you to Mark, the funeral director who dealt with both Funerals, he was absolutely amazing and made a very difficult period feel easier. Mark was so kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble.

At the hardest time in my life losing my mother Tovey brothers were kind and considerate, Stacey helped me above and beyond her role as part of the funeral director team. I would not have been able to do any of what I did without her... I will always ever so greatful for the care and support she showed me. everyone I dealt with from Tovey brothers were amazing and so caring and thoughtful.
