Absolutely spot on from start to finish. Garry was very friendly and really new his stuff. Superb job done in just over a day , very clean tidy and respectfull . We had a split A/c unit fitted 4.5kw outside unit and 2.5 and 2.0 kw indoor units . The 2.0 kw unit is in our bedroom and is running for 8-9 hours a night every night, set at 18 degrees cooling and for the whole of June cost only £10 to run , cant believe how cheap these units are to run . Apparently these are even more economical in heating mode .Would definitely use Torr again great product , great service at a great price .
