Toomey Legal (mainly Helen & Susan)were fantastic when dealing with our house purchase. Just over 7 weeks from start to finish meant we didn't need to put our stuff in storage. Also a combination of the mobile app and being very responsive on the phone meant communication was great. I would definitely recommend them ?

Throughout the entire process of us buying our first home Toomey Legal could not have been less helpful. From not answering our phonecalls or emails to the receptionist Dawn being really quite rude and hostile towards us. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy their first home in need of a solicitor. For example, 24 hours before our completion date we were sent an email from Sue asking for an additional £500 which had not been previously discussed. There was also a lot of discrepancies when reviewing the final contract which furthermore delayed the process. My advice to anyone looking to use this service would be to avoid.

Best conveyancing solicitor I have ever used (twice now). Great communication , efficient and professional ,always contactable. Selling our house in England (buying in Scotland) Scottish team wanted to complete in 6 weeks!! But Toomey Legal did it (Scottish didn't!) Clear sound advice. good pricing, no hidden extras on completion statement.

Five star service from all of the team at Toomey Legal. They have handled both my sale and purchase with absolute ease. The communication was excellent and so prompt with updates throughout. Nicola and Kirsty are an absolute asset to the company and held my hand throughout! Even on the day of completion and having to deal with extremely slow solicitors on the other side.
