I called Tollers re property business matter, the call handler asked me to fill online form as there was none available to answer my call. I did fill the online form and after two days I was contacted by solicitor to confirm my requirements, they promised to get back to me with an offer. It is already five weeks and I never received a call or an email from them back.

My experience of dealing with Tollers over a number of years (Alan Peck) has always been first class. The advice I received was excellent, and the outcomes of potential action or inaction explained in full. Family law is a very emotive subject and Alan has always been sympathetic but pragmatic. Dealing with them has resulted in losing the property we intended to buy. Slow and defiant, unwilling to do their part of the job. I eventually had to jump in to resolve it but it was too late. No problem from the side of the bank.
