They keep spamming my partner with messages. They keep calling her Colin. We have no idea where they have got her number from. We owe nothing and have no debt. We have requested numerous times for them to delete the number. But they keep texting. Ridiculous harassing joke of a company.

These people refuse to show any evidence of why you ow them money, I provided my number to speak to a manger now get phoned 3 times a day and still never spoken to a manger, many requests I make are refused yet they expect the world, joke of a company openly harassing people

Again hate paying the money but luckily I got the same dude again that I got last time and he was great. Really solved an issue for me better than I thought and I requested so again maximum kudos and I hope his manager gives him any bonus or a well being day for excellent customer service which is obviously a reflection on the manager’s guidance and expertise!!

Tried to act like they didn't know what statute barred meant after I asked them if my debt was statute barred, kept telling me who my debt was from, and that I had an arrangement in place. Surely solicitors know this term and knew exactly what I was saying. Also would accept me manually paying every Friday as this was not classed as a "reccuring payment" only wanted direct debit which after 1 week didn't show on my account anyway.

Actually really good company to deal with, no pressure , doesn’t hound you with countless calls and texts. Very positive approach with vulnerable people & treats them appropriately! Couldn’t say a bad word from the dealings I’ve had with them!

Not happy at all. Called for a settlement figure which you gave me. I was happy to pay which I did. Now your company is sending me emails for the remainder. And another company is saying I have to pay them and not you. Not good customer service at all. I certainly won’t be paying this company another penny as they don’t do what that say. And seeing as another company is saying I should be paying them instead of TM makes me wonder if you really know what you are doing or even if my money has cleared what it was suppose to have.
