I went with this company for a claim on solar panels. They spent months processing it. I sent next information that took me a full days work to gather together. Never heard anything back. I rang and emailed for months with no answer. I presumed they had gone into liquidation. However, someone eventually answered the phone and since advised they didn't cover panels anymore and that I hadn't sent information. It's now too late for me to make a claim at all.

The solar panel claim was a pretty drawn out experience, however to be fair, covid and all its restrictions struck just as my claim started. I did feel that I was kept informed for the most part, even though the time between each correspondence seemed a while, I was aware of what was going on, and these things do take time. I wouldn't have wanted unnecessarily persistent calls or letters reminding me that they were still working on my case. I am really happy with the outcome, and the professionalism upheld by the gentleman dealing with my case.

Having tried to consolidate my pension schemes I had all but given up, and found that I had been duped into using a High Risk Investment. TLW were my saving grace, and gave me hope and understanding that I could come out of this with my money back. Mrs Barr was my point of contact from day one and allowed me to talk to her for long periods of time about my concerns regarding the outcome. The Best Result was that I got my money back and a bit more. Also allowing me to pay the Solicitors their well deserved fee. I knew it would take years to process my claim so I was patient until the final offer came after 6 years and then I was coached all the way until I made the final payment of fees to them with Gratitude. The final pay out from the Pension Company was not straightforward and they insisted on payment of my VAT as well as making me take smaller payments at a time. However, I did manage to strike an amicable arrangement. All with the help of Mrs Barr at TLW who gave me the confidence in myself to go forward. I have the utmost Respect for Mrs Barr as a Solicitor and as I am also Disabled I know she worked extremely hard from start to finish on my Case. SCAM. SCUM. Not fit for purpose. Choose a decent company. Unlawfully obtained information trying to setup a claim and pester my ill wife though she has never ever contacted them for any claim. Will be taking further

TLW solicitors allowing Solar Claim advice to knowingly raise dubious leads on their behalf, from TPS protected data and without clear and complicit permission to contact the data as per GDPR. Solar Claim advice (whoever they are ?) calling from unregistered CLI contact numbers informing people that they have been miss sold solar panels, that they will receive an uncontested windfall amount (£30k to be exact) within just weeks if they sign up to TLW. And falsely claiming that customer information was provided by MCS (micro-generation certification scheme) TLW logo docusign emails being sent on acceptance of the call. 17 calls in less than two weeks to the same TPS registered number, 128 calls logged to 87 TPS registered customers in less than 5 weeks. Most recorded.

I await your scripted “we wasn’t aware” review response.

I just wanted to thank Marc Davidson for all his help and advice after I contacted him regarding a Time share my husband and I foolishly bought into... The Time share was with Incentive Leisure and was as we found out to our horror a scam, unfortunatley after we had paid out £6000.00. I honestly thought we had lost the money we had paid but thanks to Marc and all his hard work we have received all our money back plus interest.

Total joke in ever way no contact regarding anything from the start yet they say they did so took it on myself and sent calls and emails regarding this to them yet no reply from either sick of calling to be honest yet gave sent me a bill for doing nothing so my bill them is the hassle that they have got me in so thank you for nothing
