A disgrace with a lack of care! I have been waiting for a payout for my house and this company has failed to keep me up to date, send the identity verification documents for weeks, so I have had to chase them. I call, on hold for 20mins, disconnected, call again on hold for 50mins, leave a voicemail and they mention i will be contacted within 48hrs, nope absolute crummy customer support and they literally do not care once they have been paid. They were paid for their services a month ago and since then they have just had a “cba” attitude toward my case and finalising things, AVOID! Happy to remove this review once this has been actually chased

As per the REST of TlT, apparently only win by either luck or manipulation of the truth. It appears that they only employ those no one else with morals would employ, hence they work well with the liars that they represent (banks).
