They were straight forward with us about the costs, and when we asked they were able to ensure that what we were being quoted is the total we would pay at the end of our house purchase, with no hidden or additional costs on top of it. This policy seems discriminatory, especially considering the millions of expats in the UK who lack these documents. I contacted Tinsdills initially, because I required help with an issue that had arisen. The issue has however resolved itself.
