I cannot recommend M.R Timms highly enough. They are professional and very thorough. Mr Timms staff are excellent too. They are friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Whatever they say they are going to do , is done. We have used them over many years and always found Mr Timms totally professional .

Absolutely miss sold !
My mom has now got to go through probate because this solicitor didn't do what he was paid for !
Absolute joke !
So my mom and dad wanted to re register a house owned by my dad's parents into there name, the deed was signed over 18months ago,
My dad has sadly passed away so awaiting the certificate for the house... This solicitor did not process and lost documents!
Now my mom not only paid the solicitor the fees for the transaction but now has to pay £3,500 for probate !
Absolute joke !
I'll be coming to that office and I want an explanation to what has happened.
I'm the son deceased whom had paid you the money to do your JOB !

Very similar issue to the previous comment. Having used this firm twice now to sell/purchase property I will never do it again due to unnecessary and time consuming non-issues. A failure to modernise has also hampered the firms effectiveness. This has been a trusted family solicitors since it's conception, and it's a shame for me to leave this review.

Incompetent and unprofessional. Mistakenly said there was problem on our estate which there wasn't but put so much fear into our buyer that they pulled out due to a non existent problem. Absolutely infuriating that it took him 15 weeks to "find" this non existent problem. Avoid at all costs.
