Owner don't understand her own business and they will send emails with different advice. When you challage them over discrimination they email courts or your solicitors crying and block you from leaving bad reviews.
Will probably cry to courts and solicitors again about a bad review but it's a honest review I'm happy to discuss with them.
Since this yet again they have had to change policy and admit to wrong wording of job titles and sending emails from centre signed off as independent people.
So 2 policy changes and misleading titles of job roles.
I let you make your own mind up as centre really seem to not understand the business they are trying to run.

This service provided to my family has been invaluable. Staff have been present at the contact centre while my children have attended. Any issues or concerns have been dealt with immediately and in a professional manner.

I have used the Mckenzie friend service to support me through court proceedings and Sophie Box the manager has completed all paperwork to a high standard ensuring that my family and myself was kept safe and this was all done through the Mckenzie friend service that is provided.

I cannot recommend this service enough for its high standards, loyalty to its clients. Professionalism and the high expectations it has of the service they provide.
