A radiant smile greets you upon arrival, setting the tone for an experience as warm as the atmosphere itself. It is almost startling—refreshing, even—to discover cuisine of this calibre on Sutton High Street, where one might not expect such refinement. Chloe, with a gracious attentiveness rare in casual dining, ensured that every detail of our order was carefully considered, elevating the meal to something far beyond the ordinary.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end.
Staff extremely friendly and accommodating.
Firstly a Special Thankyou to Liz the manager for enabling this to happen.
The restaurant doesn’t usually allow reservation bookings midday on the weekends as they are extremely busy.
However I was bringing my mother who is severely disabled with Alzheimer’s as well as other issues and bringing 2 other disabled persons which usually makes group bookings with access needs extremely complicated.

Liz made it extremely easy for my Mother and the others she seated up within arm’s reach of the access loo and bar
The staff were extremely attentive and a gentleman behind the bar made ordering easy by taking our orders at the bar, rather than having to us the barcode system – which can be complicated for disabled persons and those with dietary needs.
He was extremely friendly and helpful.
And to give credit, All the staff were fantastic!

The food was well priced and affordable, extremely tasty with good portions, there was plenty of choice and some fantastic extremely tasty non-alcoholic cocktails which everyone enjoyed.

Tiempo Lounge is a stylish and modern spot that stands out among the dining options in Sutton. I’ve been here before for both food and drinks, and each time, I’ve had a pleasant experience. The décor is trendy, with a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere that makes it a great place to unwind. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or just a place to grab a drink, it has a little something for everyone.

The service has always been consistently good, with friendly staff who make sure you’re well looked after. The food is enjoyable—while not necessarily groundbreaking, it’s well-prepared and offers a nice alternative to the usual pub fare in the area. I have a gluten and diary intolerance and felt that Tiempo lounge has great offerings which are also flavourful.

If you're in Sutton and want a change from the typical pub scene, Tiempo Lounge is a solid choice.

This restaurant/ bar is perfect for a night out, myself and my partner came here this evening for tapas Tuesday, the prices are so cheap for food and drink of this quality! Imogen, Liz and Chloe gave 10/10 service, definitely coming here again, would recommend.

Such a genuine, lovely place. I always feel welcome. Tanisha and the entire team make Tiempo Lounge an amazing place. The food is delicious and there’s a lot of choice. Just brilliant. Highly recommended x

a nice space, large and well decorated for the most part. food is fairly priced with an okay portion size and service (when required as you order and pay by app) is adequate. the menu is very varied. my partner enjoyed the korean burger whilst i had a tasty tomato and mozzarella panini which was well priced but left me wanting with the portion size.

Only recently started going into the Tiempo Lounge but it's never quiet unlike a lot of places locally.
All the staff are exceptionally friendly which makes you want to return as it's run so well.

There's a decent menu which is plentiful & tasty also a great selection of lagers including 'Hofmeister'

It's definitely not a hidden gem but definitely a gem of Sutton

This was an unexpected treat for me and my friend this evening. We hadn’t planned to visit, but were just looking for a venue where we could grab a quick coffee before heading home after an afternoon shopping. We were greeted warmly by lovely Gen, who helped us choose a suitable table for my friend who uses a motorised wheelchair and has mobility issues. Gen offered to help my friend transfer into a comfy armchair, and thoughtfully made the seat higher by positioning a cushion on the armchair seat. This really helped my friend.

We were just planning to have coffee, but when we saw the menu, we decided to order food. We chose the tapas and lovely Gracie at the bar helped me choose the dishes, helpfully taking into consideration my dietary requirements.

The food was absolutely outstanding! I had no idea that somewhere as fabulous as this venue existed in Sutton. I have walked past it many times without ever investigating it.

The atmosphere was lovely, Gracie and Gen were wonderful and so warm and friendly and the food was delicious. Gen helped my friend to get out of the armchair and then kindly escorted her to the loo where she opened the door for her. These two lovely ladies couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and efficient. We had such a lovely time, we stayed right up until closing time, and yes, we had delicious coffee to finish.

We’ll definitely be back and will have the tapas again. Thank you so much for a lovely evening. Gracie and Gen are an asset to Tiempo Lounge! ❤️
