Thrings really got us moving!
In the summer this year we sold our house in under 6 weeks and then in the Autumn we completed on our purchase in 2 weeks and 1 day from offer acceptance. We had the benefit of no major surveys nor chains on both transactions and also co-operative buyers and sellers. Nevertheless the performance of Thrings was exceptional, particularly aided by Deanna who co-ordinated all communications so effectively meaning that we didn't lose any time waiting on solicitors.

Just to make it clear, I am biased. Okells & Francis Law were my late Dad's lawyers. They helped me deal with all of the formalities when he died, so I then used them for my house move three years ago. I was a bit nervous when they joined Thrings, but I need not have worried. They have been brilliant helping with the sale and purchase side of my most recent house move. Partner Sue Russell and the wonderful Deanna Graddon-Davis have been superb, maintaining the excellent "small firm" feel from before, while projecting the sort of professionalism that Thrings are known for. This should be a review, but really it is just a big thank you. Superb service at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended!

Had Sue Russel from Oakells do the conveying on our property and she is without doubt the best anyone could hope for. She made the whole process quick and easy. Very much on top of things, and Sue put a lot of time, thought and effort into making sure things went well and we were informed. Exceptionally responsive to emails and phone calls. Very highly recommended. An asset to the firm.
