I would heavily advise anyone to go with THP for their conveyancing. I contacted 30 solicitors to compare prices. Sue replied to my emails faster than anyone else, and the quote I received was clearly well priced without extra fluff, so I agreed, and Tina became my solicitor.

Tina is an absolute pro. Not only is she hilarious and kind to her clients, but she's also highly competent, professional, fast and no-nonsense with the agents and other solicitors. We were in a chain of 4 properties, and Tina had everything ready 2 months before everyone else in the chain. When I asked her for information or sent her an update, she had everything done within hours.

Other solicitors in the chain sat around twiddling their thumbs for weeks on end halting the entire process despite being chased up repeatedly - (the solicitor on the top of the chain even forgot about their client's mandatory valuation and delayed us 6 weeks). If we had 4 Tinas we would've closed in a month. She never complains, she just sees a problem and fixes it. I can't recommend her highly enough. Everything went through perfectly with no catches and I'm the happy owner of a new home.
