Having found myself being left as an executor and trustee of a relative's will, due to time restraint's and commitments I decided to retain the services of a local firm of solicitors who have a speciality of such services. I discovered Thorne Segar of Minehead and after the first meet became very confident that all will be well left in the capable qualities of their probate and trusts expert Rebecca Padgett.

Rebecca, at my request dealt with the probate procedure, set up the required trust funds, liaised with the other trustee and at all times kept myself and other interested parties fully informed in a timely manner.

So impressed with Rebecca and Thorne Segar in general, my wife and I instructed Rebecca to set up our own wills and we appointed Thorne Segar as the executors.

Thorne Segar are an excellent local firm and my dealings with
Rebecca have left me with a lasting impression that she is a charming and professional lady who led the way faultlessly.
