What a fabulous company, myself and my husband had our wills written with Russ, he was efficient and very professional, we received our wills within 3 days and we were very happy with the results. It was an excellent service and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

SCAM SCAM SCAM…do not go near this company! Saw advert in local magazine, booked meeting to discuss wills with ease…5 months later after persistent calls and told lie after lie our wills have still not arrived despite paying over £200. Worse, knowing someone has collected all your personal data and just has all this information for what purpose makes us feel completely violated. They should be locked up for how they are going about their business.

Not a scam had since 2009, phoned up cos misplaced hubby copy, Ellie very good found will sending a copy today & confirmed they got original in storage

Requested the return of documents kept in storage, request acknowledged a week later and told they would be available next Monday or Tuesday.
Nothing heard so attended the offices on Friday only to be told house deeds had not been recovered.
Eventually got them all, a complete amateur company with nil organisational skills, customer care zero, complete lack of communication.

I have been trying to retrieve my mothers will for the last 2 weeks, Ive sent them the information they requested but now they just keep making excuses 'I'm not in the office' 'the md has dealt with it' 'I'll call you back later' etc etc but nothing happens.
EDIT; Resolved within a couple of days with an apology and the will.

Have been trying to make changes to my Will and have emailed them twice. 2 months later still no reply or acknowledgement and after reading reviews I'm going to use another company to help. Deeply frustrating that I've paid for a service which is unreliable for something that is critically important in very difficult times. Suggest they look at their customer service.
