Poor service, took 10 months to do our LPA’s from application to registration. I had to resort to ringing the Office of Public Guardian myself on a number of occasions for a progress report due to the lack of progress from Dan & Kelly.
Also lack of response to our telephone calls, text messages & emails.
We would not recommend the services of The Will & Trust Company to anyone.

We had to rewrite our wills after the originals had to be changed.
We thought that this would be a formality for Dan and his staff.Howeverwe had to make numerous phone calls to Mr Attfields office.99% went unanswered. Dan has reached an age where he is more interested going abroad than picking up the phone.
Eventually our amended were completed
But circumstances changed again.We wanted to speak to Dan who was going to be instructed to draw up more wills.As Mr Attfield did not answer our messages we had no alternative or compunction,we quit The Will and Trust Co for a far superior Will writing service
