A very pleasant experience (although some may say a bit morbid) everyone was polite and professional, I felt as though we were old friends meeting up again, nothing was too much trouble and I left with a feeling that my final wishes are I safe hands.. I would throughly recommend anyone trusting all those at The Will Shop to handle their final wishes and.. at a very good/reasonable price to boot..

I was so impressed with The Will Shop. My husband and I learned that our old Wills were not legal for various reasons and we were relieved to put that right. We dealt with Tristen Lee, who advised us with expertise and humour. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Who knew that making Wills could be both entertaining and informative.

Buyer beware...

We used The Will Shop 21 High St, Ipswich and was miss sold in our opinion a FPT that was entirely unnecessary for our family following sound legal advice from elsewhere recently.

The cost to create and dissolve the FPT (owned by a Scottish Solicitor company) after five years was very costly, including removing the name of that company FPT (not The Will Shop) removed from our Land Registry title another unexpected discovery)

But we were one of the lucky ones that found out about their misellings and poor advice before it was too late.

In addition having been a customer of The Will Shop for five years, they failed to keep us informed of significant changes to a product we purchased through them (the Scottish Solicitors the product provider of the FPT (went into liquidation in 2021) The Will Shop stated it was not their responsibility to inform us of that company liquidation.

Very poor service that cost many thousands to my family to resolve, others haven’t been quite as lucky as us from being sold the same FPT from other organisations across the UK and elsewhere who have lost so much more.

Definitely do not recommend. One star is too many. They visited in November 2016 after we asked for advice. We went part way with the process before deciding that we did not like their approach and decided not to proceed. They were advised of this by telephone and confirmed that we would be removed from their system. Nothing further for two years and we have just received a county court claim for £288. They are a difficult business to deal with and, in my opinion, are less than honourable.
