I have found this company at all times to be Honest, patient, calm and understanding when I have not been familiar with legal terms and found it difficult to follow the legal procedures.

They are very professional, efficient in their explanation and guidance throughout. My medical needs were sensitively and quietly both respected and dealt with.

The follow up service has been excellent at all times as has the confidentiality between family members been absolutely respected.

Awful company. I cancelled my policy two years ago. They chased me after those two years for payment of storage of my will. They had forgotten that I had cancelled it. After a dozen or so emails with aggressive bullying tactics I was charged £150 for absolutely nothing. I'm considering putting a complaint into the financial ombudsman.
