Ambulance transport from Whiston hospital to home. Crew were Mick S and Katie B. They visited me prior to my discharge and discussed how to mobilise me to the ambulance. I was very concerned that I wouldn’t be able to fit on the stretcher but they reassured me and gave me every support to transfer safely. They are very quick to acknowledge any emails and transparent about the process and how they can support you through the CQC application process. Having researched the application process before contacting The UK Care Consultants it seemed to be a very daunting task that you could easily get wrong.

Paul has been on hand throughout the process from assisting with writing policies and preparing the application, answering questions & offering advice, to submitting the application.
