Absolutely first class service from The Timeshare Advice Line! Nothing was to much trouble for them and they helped us so much to find a resolution. Every communication was swift and thorough and we honestly couldn't fault the service at all. They made sense of what can be a very complicated process and also a very stressful experience and made sure that we understood what was required at every stage of the process. I would highly recommend the team and thank them so much for guiding and helping us through the process. We couldn't have done it without them.

As with most who have experience of Timeshare one is always dubious about any claims to be able to get you out of future liabilities and deeds. We decided to take a chance with Timeshare Advice line after speaking to Rachel. It is definitely no money upfront, and you only pay if they are successful in guiding you to relinquish your timeshare liability. Had our Oasis lakes (Fountains) deeded week for about 15 years and to be fair had value from it but it was no longer somewhere we wanted to visit. Glad to say that after about 8 weeks we are free and clear of any future responsibilities, the cost that Timeshare advice line asked for their services would equal a couple of years maintenance costs, so after year two we are better off financially. We had owned timeshare with Diamond for a number of years and enjoyed our experience with them however, we had come to a point where our circumstances made it necessary to leave. During a holiday we met up with a company who offered to 'get us out', but the fee was quite expensive. Coming home we began to look on the net for someone who could give us advice and sent an enquiry to the Timeshare Advice Line. We did not choose them because of any cold calling. The following day we received a telephone call from Sheffield, a UK based company. We explained our dilemma and we were given a figure which was less than a third of the figure we had been quoted previously. We were not asked for any money up front, unlike our first Company who had insisted on a non-refundable deposit. We were given direction and help which resulted in us being released from Diamond and also free advice concerning an issue with the previous 'getting out' Company. No money paid until completion. A job well done!

After being with Diamond Resorts for over twenty years, we decided that it was getting too expensive to remain members, so we looked into ways that we could leave in the easiest and cheapest way possible.

Diamond Resorts wanted extortionate amounts of money from us to get out of our contract, they went to extraordinary lengths to try and stop us from leaving them, we tried few quite a few months to distance ourselves from Diamond, we were stuck, or so it seemed.

I was browsing the internet for days on end but to no avail, when on one session of browsing, I came across "The Timeshare Advice Line", Their promises seemed a bit too good to be true, Leave within weeks, pay no money up front. So I thought nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I rang the phone number supplied and told them my story, and that is when I first spoke to Steve, straight away he put me completely at ease, I listened to what he had to say and although not completely convinced at first, I thought that as I am not being asked for any money up front like most of these companies, why not, as if it didn't work out, no money would change hands.

I agreed to proceed and after I signed the contract (still making sure that no money was required up front) I was kept up to date with regular calls from Steve.

Within weeks I received a notification from Diamond Resorts, that they were terminating my contract forthwith, Timeshare Advice had assured me that I would not lose any booked holidays after termination, and they were as good as their word.

Of course we were very happy with the work they had done in getting us out of a situation we no longer wanted to be in, and at a lot less cheaper than Diamond were asking to release us from our contract.

I would not hesitate to recommend The Timeshare Advice Line if anyone wanted to get out of a Timeshare contract, I have recommended them to a few people now, and will continue.

Time share - what a minefield and everyone seems to want to rip you off, had some good advice from Rachael at Time Share Advice line , she inspires confidence when your at your lowest point . There are other companies that do this "exit work" so make sure you go for no fee up front like Time Share advice line , they were more reasonable than most and delivered what they stated they could , so pleased with the result . Not pushy but helpful and at the end of the day they got me out of the contract and happy to pay their fee once confirtmation received from "holiday vacation club" in Malta. If you want to get out of your Timeshare then look at what Timeshare Advice line can do before you decide who to instruct. We lost our investment completely so i can't say how effective they might be in getting you any compensation. Glad to see the back of it after only 2 years , big mistake , swallow the cost and move on. Good Luck

Following some expensive mistakes of the past, we were sceptical, however with no payment till completion, decided to give Rachel & her team a try.....the process took slightly longer than expected due to Diamond resorts slow pace, but success followed and we are finally free of our long term financial burden. I recommend The Timeshare Advice Line as they delivered exactly what we wanted at a more than reasonable cost.

It was getting too expensive to stay members of the Infiniti Club. Every year the costs were rising, so we got in contact with The Timeshare Advice Line. They were really friendly and helpful.
It took awhile to get out of our contract (various months to be exact), but they were there with us all the way. The best part was that there were no upfront costs. We made payment after we finalised our cancellation with Infiniti.

I dealt with Rachel from this company. After speaking to companies who wanted vast sums of money in advance to release us from our Timeshare we contacted The Timeshare advice line.
They were absolutely superb, did what they said on the tin and you paid on completion. I cannot rate this company highly enough and Rachel kept us informed and was brilliant.
Do not use anyone else other than this company or you will regret it!!
