They did the job, thats about all I can say. They tried to charge additional fees but I objected and they relented so fair enough I suppose. i did say from the start that i was looking for an expeditous resolution to what was quite a simple probate as no house sale was involved, but it still took about eight months. I know for a fact that these things do not need to take such a long time.
Dealing with the owner and his colleagues was painless enough so it could have been worse.
Would possibly use them again but I would need absolutely everything in writing beforehand and possibly a recording of the initial interview would be in order.

We used this company recently to our cost. Gave us the wrong advice regarding a will claim which resulted in a lot of stress and extra fees. When I raised this with the director he became very aggressive and threatened legal action. Not a very professional firm, avoid.
