Kate, Paula, Felicity & Nicola have all made the whole process so calm and easy from day one. No question is ever a problem. The whole team is so easy to contact should any problems ever arise (they never have) but they plan and process everything so efficiently. Fab service from the (female! 👠💪🏻) team - from the first contact with Kate, to then meeting her with Carol (accounts support), then Carol coming in and basically sorting everything out more or less in one fell swoop, the process was quick, easy, positive, and reassuring. They are professional but friendly, have lots of common sense, a can-do attitude and are super helpful. We have had a terrible experience with this company espaelly the CEO Kate. We were pursued by Kate to go with them when she incepted an advert on indeed and convinced us to use them rather than employ a bookkeeper. We have fount then to be both unhelpful and lacking in care of interest once they have your business. having now left them and gone back to our original plan of employing a bookkeeper we have been made aware of many mistakes and omission that have cost us money. Once we handing in our notice Kate has been both unprofessional, unhelpful and down right difficult. We have tried to be reasonable but all attempts have been met with unreasonable behaviour that has left us in shock. We do not like leaving posts like this as we are a small business and know how this can have an effect on business but we have mentioned this to Kate who does not seem to care.

We so wish we had gone to Xero when you first mentioned , however many years ago that was , as our accounts take minutes every day as opposed to all the faffing with spreadsheets etc .

It is also a huge relief that you & your team are also now handling the 'Accountants side of things' for us as our local Accountant retired and the company could no longer offer the personal service we required.
