Mehmut, in the Conveyancing team must have had times when he picked up the phone and thought "Oh no, not her again with her silly questions" but he was very patient and guided me through the information needed for completion. He kept me informed of the progress of the sale during the last weeks which was really helpful, as when I telephoned some of the people who had sent me messages about my case for an update, I found that they had either left the Company, were on holiday or on sick leave, which I understand can't be helped, but Mehmut stayed on the case and we got there in the end. I would recommend MMP to anyone looking for a good Conveyancing Solicitor.

Absolutely careless and very slow if you are sole beneficiary of a will. Take no leads or control as a deceased fortunes and wishes of a will. 3 years on and have not received a worship of kindness, just fobbed of through property which is now under insurance due to neglect through water damage, claims of £110,000 shares unheld for due to not acting quick enough, there Conveyancing team has lost all care in selling the property and foreseen that land issue is a matter that they did not even register the property in first place causing 2 sale losses in the past year. Totally disgraceful useless firm that do not take in any conduct of trust or behavier as so aspected.
