It's always such a pleasant and relaxing experience with Karen.
My reflexology really helps my sciatic aches and pains, it has also improved the numbness in my thigh (including weight loss).
The treatment really helps my mental wellbeing and I look forward to seeing Karen each month.

Having never had reflexology before it was such a great experience. I felt very relaxed and safe to be able to really lean in to the process and feel the true benefits. Karen was wonderful and even came running out with a brolly to save me from a downpour! Would recommend to anyone and will be booking again when I’m next in the area ♥️
