Kate is the like a magician for backs!!! I don’t normally write reviews, but for Kate and her magic, I need to make an exception! My husband was literally crippled in pain and after an appointment with Kate- and her level of understanding in where exactly the pain emanated , I could see the pain relief immediately as my husband arrived home! My grown up daughter has sciatica and was in a considerable amount of pain and couldn’t even walk upright. Kate was recommended to us and she was absolutely amazing! Kate worked really hard on her body and, although she could barely walk after each session (which we knew would be the case), after just 3 weeks, my daughter felt human again and barely suffers at all now. I called Katherine on Monday regarding my ankle, which I had rolled two weeks prior. It was badly swollen and bruised. She advised me to get an x-ray before seeing her (very good advice) to confirm it wasn't broken before any treatment. Fortunately, it wasn't broken, and Katherine managed to fit me in the following morning despite her busy schedule as I told her I was going on holiday the following week. She assessed my ankle and explained all about the ligaments. I received acupuncture, laser treatment, and a massage.

The swelling hadn't reduced at all during the two weeks after the injury, and the bruising was very bad. However, by the afternoon following Katherine's treatment, the swelling had almost entirely gone. A few days later, the bruising had disappeared, and my ankle felt like it was really on the mend. Katherine also provided advice on exercises to strengthen my ankle and recommended Arnica tablets or cream.

The service was fantastic and great value for money. I will definitely visit Katherine for any future injuries (hopefully not anytime soon!) and have already recommended her to my friends and family.

Kate has treated my son before so I knew she would be able to help my sons football team mate that sustained an injury in a match. He arrived on crutches unable to weight bare at all, after acupuncture, laser and deep tissue treatment took part in a cup final 2 days afterwards. Kate is without doubt the very best physio and muscle injury specialist I've been to. I do a lot of intense sports and have had issues with my hip flexors, lower back and tight muscles in general. I have struggled to find a true practitioner who could treat me across all my ailments until I discovered Kate. Kate's treatments are extremely niche and specific to your injury and I do not have to seek treatment from anyone else because of this. If I need acupuncture Kate does it, if I need a machine to loosen my muscles Kate has it, if I need deep knowledge about an injury Kate provides detailed physio consultations so I can fully understand how I can continue to maintain the good work she has done and avoid further injury. Kate is an oracle of information and can even provide sound bath healing with sports therapy which is pretty unique. Not only has Kate become my weekly 'go to' for all my physical issues but she has also helped me to improve my awareness of my body, focus and mental health. Kate is not only an expert therapist but she has become a good friend. She is truly one in a million and I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Kate for many years for acupuncture. She is quite simply brilliant! Kate has incredible empathy and sensitivity and I would highly recommend her. I always leave her clinic feeling so much better.
Recently I saw her to treat foot pain. I had been advised (not by Kate!) that I needed an operation which would have taken many months to recover from. Kate treated my foot in one session and I am now back to regular long walks with absolutely no pain.
