Awful awful company! All for themselves. Do NOT enter an IVA at all let alone with this company. Poor poor communication. Disgusting treatment from them. After 5 years and my last payment on 1st July, my IVA is still NOT over. They are still chasing me. They have ignored several emails and failed to tell me I had missed 1 document off of my annual review. ONE. I had to CHASE them for an explanation as to why I was receiving letters, emails and texts to say I breached my IVA (I was totally unaware that I had mistakenly not attached that last document), they also went ahead and put it on my final annual report to my creditors that I had failed to meet the obligations of my IVA and I am ‘at risk of termination’ when I have NOT breached my IVA at all they just chose not to communicate or reply to my emails until 3 weeks later to tell me I had missed off a document!! And this was AFTER they had put on my report to my creditors that I had breached my IVA. Yet they didn’t put on the report that what actually happened is that they failed to respond to my emails until 3 weeks later to tell me something that was very easily rectified!! It has now been another 2 weeks since I have sent them that last document, along with a follow up email which they have IGNORED and I am STILL receiving constant texts and emails to say that they are waiting for documents and my IVA has been breached!!! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!! Asked for details to put a complaint in and of course - ignored about that too! Disgusting company something needs to be done about them. Don’t let them sweet talk you into thinking it is a good idea. They don’t care about you. All I’ve been left with is a battered credit file, stress and an ongoing IVA over a month after my ‘completion date’ it’s all a money-making scheme to target the financially vulnerable.

My IVA was set up with no issue at all. Simple and easy so far. On the other hand my wifes iva, WOW no contact unless my parter tries to contact them.

He IVA was rejected, then postponed till a later date, now withdrawn to be proposed again. No reason why given. No information. Causing loads of stress

Later she called up and was able to speak to a manager who told her it was because the expenses and income form (which were meant to match up with mine, and the person who set mine up was looking and matching them up) were different. They are having to resubmit it correctly.

Why wasnt this sorted, I get mistakes happen, when it was rejected the first time?

Was promised the updated document would be sorted in 10 minutes with a phone call and she could digitally sign it before we go away (honeymoon paid for by someone else). NOTHING. Now we are both on the 6 minute and 8 second loop where we are on hold and get disconnected.

Now she is trying not to be, but she is severely distressed and upset. We are both neurodivergent and this type of thing REALLY messes with us on a huge scale.

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. No communication with me at all apart from when I first applied. Had a creditors meeting and was told someone would ring to tell me what happened but had to ring then the next day as no one rang, was told someone would ring me back. 5 days after meeting got an email saying application was withdrawn. No explanation was given. Rang 3 times over a 4 week period and told someone would ring they never have. Even one of my creditors who I spoke to said it was totally unacceptable how I've been treated

Avoide at ALL costs!!!!! Shocking company! Told me taking 200 pounds off me a month was 'Affordable' when in fact I only earn 400 pounds!!! Demanding medical records that are sencitive - Demanding to know why i dont claim benifits - Apsolutly never any help - Pressure you onto paying more than you can afford - Put vulnerable people in even more vulnerable positions financially- I get constant letters from my creditors Demanding money so its clearly not handled this side (im two years into this now) Constant phone calls and emails - Mqnager says 'I understand ' every two minuets without actually understanding anything - I dont want a hug - I want people to do their jobs effectively and efficiently! My partner had an IVA and his company was an apsolute dream! This company however is stressful, unprofessional, have poor knowledge, ZERO support - AVOID LIKE THE PLQUGE!!!! There are FAR better company's that actually handle your circumstances appropriately!!!! Ive actually had to change my phone number because this company harasses daily however has apsolutly no real interest in resolving issues they cause! All they want is the money and they'll bleed you dry to find it!!! If you are struggling and considering an IVA do NOT use this company im actually going to have to bankrupt myself now over this which means I cant set up the company I wanted to start that would allow me to work from home when poorly so that I COULD make some money!!

Avoid this company at all cost. They don't listen to you and talk down to on the phone and take a 3rd of the money that is supposed to go to your creditors. I still have people chasing me for money when they said it would stop and ended up sorting myself.

Useless company, DO NOT USE. I get harassed every single year with filling out income and expenses forms and demanded to send documents or they’ll default my IVA. I give them every single thing they need and they still act like I need to give them a kidney, they never answer the phones it just keeps being cut off. I don’t get an actual human reply to my emails at all. The last time I spoke to a real person they were so rude, talking in their own language over the phone with other people and ignoring what I was saying to them and laughing about it! The manager contacted me to sort it out but clearly that sort of customer service only happens when you take a bad review down, so it’s going back up until it’s dealt with. If I could leave them now I would it’s been an absolute nightmare the last 5 years I just want to finish my last year without any incompetent staff messing it up again. They will harass you like mad if you a day late doing anything, submitting the annual reviews are the worst they never tell you what you’re ‘missing’ they just like to send out scare mongering emails. Absolutely awful company.

Never really had any complaints till now. I've been trying to get through to them now since Friday to sort my bill out. Happy to take it all in one out my bank but don't answer the phone. Tried 4-5 times Friday sat on hold for 20 mins for the phone to cut off every time. But yet if my bills not payed I'm the one who gets into trouble. Please answer your phone I get it bank holiday but still should have a line to ring to sort out your bill.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have posted on other review sites, trying to get it across on all sites. You are duped into thinking that this is a good company because all the 'front line' staff are all 'locals' (northern English accents) and you're not being'scammed'. They are brilliant at getting you 'on board' and do a good job in helping you with trying to sort out your debts. BUT once you have signed up with this company there is not one 'local' person! They are ALL 'non locals' Look up who owns the company and that will give you an idea of what I mean. I couldn't pay due to more financial difficulties 😢 I have LITERALLY been BOMBARDED with phone calls/emails/texts 😡😡😡
I have explained several times my situation, but they don't leave you alone!! SO MANY emails from SO many different names that are hard to 'remember' if you get my jist. All they are after is your money!!!!
