I keep having emails saying this message "Action required: You have outstanding actions on your car finance claim..." but it never says what it is but always what other lenders I have had the same with but I've disclosed these and no update so I'm very confused as to what I need to do? And nobody I can contact direct to explain..!!

Totally confused to be honest. My claim has been started and yet I keep getting emails to say information not complete. I contact but get nowhere. I get a reply from Trustpilot where the claims guys team inform me that I may have to fill in some more which I did and then get an email as if starting a new claim. I really could do with some help.

The car I had from Volkswagen was bought with my mobility money I was a bit worried thinking I wouldn’t be able to claim but bcos I paid £260 every month for the car I can still claim and I’ve got nothing to worry about. Please let me know asap if you can go ahead with my claim which I know you can it makes no difference if I bought it through my mobility award I still paid every month. Look forward to hearing from you

The process seems to keep going round in circles. The original advert for the service said 'we just need your name' to submit a claim on your behalf. I've lost count of the times I've been requested for the same details. I've had a few changes in motors & because of having transferred a couple of personal plates, have found it really difficult to identify original pre-transfer registrations. I wonder if its worth while in the end as the process seems to be never ending.

I have submitted the information requested several times. I have also emailed with my old agreement number twice to make it easy for you but this has been ignored so considering you will be taking almost half of any successful claim, this really is appalling!

My claim was not associated with the correct vehicle due to possessing private number plates. The car I wanted checking was a Ford Kuga who I had car finance with Black Horse in 2017, not Jaguar Black horse which defaulted too as the selected option. Can you please review the claim for a Ford Kuga purchased with Black Horse car finance in 2017 at Arnold Clark Workington. Thanks.

Roughly every 3/4 days I get an email asking me to review my outstanding actions upload ID etc. regardless of how many times I complete these actions I still get the same email over and over again I’m now at the point where I feel like cancelling all together as I feel this is harassment.
