Had the misfortune to purchase an Asus Lcd proart screen from them. The item was grey market and as such ASUS refused any warranty on the screen stating it had been purchased from CROATIA. These screens come with 5 years warranty. I thought grey market goods were illegal in the uk used their return postage and still not heard anything. This was delievered back to them using their prepaid evri p7389397 (T00WLA4675615757)on the 24th
