I visited The Bridal Room today with my mum and had such a wonderful experience finding my dress! The shop is so lovely and had an amazing range of dresses to try on. I went in with an idea of what I was after and Grace went above and beyond to find the dress of my dreams. It was such a lovely and friendly experience and I cannot wait for my styling appointment in the new year when my dress arrives! Thank you so much again for all your help in finding my dream dress. I visited the bridal room today to find my dress and I had a lovely experience. There is a great range of dresses, even in the sample sale! The staff are very friendly, helpful and patient. There’s lots of props and signs to use if you’re bringing along friends for the experience. Highly recommend for groups or a more intimate experience.

I visited the bridal room in October 2024. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. There was a lovely atmosphere and Grace was extremely helpful but also gave us space when we needed. I would highly recommend visiting the bridal room for your wedding dress! I’m so excited to collect mine in a few weeks! Thank you again!

I visited The Bridal Room last weekend and had such a wonderful experience finding my dress! The shop is so lovely and has a wonderful range of beautiful dresses and styles to try on. I had no idea what dress I was looking for, but Grace did an amazing job in helping me find my dress and pulled some truly lovely dresses for me to try on. I was able to try on so many different styles of dress and loved that I could jump back into previous dresses if I was feeling a little indecisive. It was such a lovely and relaxed experience and I can't wait for my styling appointment in the new year when my dress arrives!

My appointment at The Bridal Room was so special and magical, I wish I could re-live it all over again! It was my first wedding dress shopping experience and I was a bit nervous, and fully not expecting to “say yes” at the first bridal shop I visited!
When we arrived, my bridesmaids and I were made to feel so welcome, given complimentary fizz and shown to a gorgeous room full of dresses and elegant seating. We stared off going over the style I had in mind and Fallon knew immediately the vibe I was looking for. I loved that she picked out some dresses that fully met the brief and some that were really different, just so I could rule out other styles and be sure of the design I wanted. She was absolutely brilliant at making me feel at-ease throughout the whole process, and, once I had narrowed down my choices to two dresses, I had the most magical “say yes” moment as I chose my dream dress (the first one I tried on!)
Fallon went over all the paperwork and details with me, encouraged us to take LOADS of photos of The Dress and I left on cloud nine, goodie-bag in hand and buzzing with excitement (and champagne). I would recommend this store to everyone - such a luxurious, special experience, thank you!

I loved it here! Such a lovely place to choose my wedding dress. Becky was so so nice and helpful, her recommendations were amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the dresses they have and what would work on me.
Cannot recommend this place enough, if you're unsure, just go. It will be worth it!!

Firstly, I would like to thank the team at 'The Bridal Room Broadway' for their sheer delightfulness during the stages of choosing my wedding dress. I knew as soon as I made that initial phonecall that this would be the place I purchased my gown. The team member on the other end of the call was incredibly helpful, offering so much guidance on what dresses were on offer. I instantly felt at ease.
Whilst I drove some considerable distance to purchase from here, I can say wholeheartedly that it was sincerely worth it.
As soon as we walked in to the store, my mum, sister and I were greeted with bubbles. The lovely lady who carried out my private appointment was so attentive and personable, and we all spoke highly of the experience following our departure.
I even got given a little surprise at the end of the appointment which was unexpected. Such a lovely touch. The simple things really do mean the most!
Thank you once again.. I will be back for my veil in the coming months.
