I called The Autocentre on Monday as my car was overheating. I had already tried two other local garages but they could not see the vehicle until Thursday and Friday.

Kevin said he could not see the vehicle on Monday but said he will look on Tuesday but he allowed me to drop it off on Monday.

On Tuesday afternoon he called to say he identified the water pump was leaking and that the thermostat needed replacing.

On Wednesday he called to say he had completed the job.

I had not used Autocentre before but even though he was busy I really appreciated the professional and prompt response from Autocentre and especially Kevin.

I would definitely recommend using Autocentre especially if you are in a tricky situation without no vehicle like I was.

Took my car in for a new tyre, they was the cheapest, by far, he also removed 3 locking nuts for me as my tool was broken to remove them, nothing was too much bother. Great service, definitely will come back.

Always excellent service! Very helpful, explains things properly, and charges fairly. Now he's moved from just over the road to a bigger place further away we still go there because of the great service we get for our vehicles. Would always recommend 👍 5 Jun 24 Updated to add that it's still 5 star service now that he's expanded. Really friendly, actually helpful and very professional, and that makes us stay rather than try anywhere else. I always recommend The Autocentre King's Lynn for great work and honest pricing.
