I went through a divorce with my ex-spouse and used this solicitors firm for legal representation. Initially, I was satisfied with their services throughout the process. However, my experience has taken a disappointing turn since then.

I recently needed some information related to my divorce proceedings, and when I reached out to the solicitors firm for assistance, I was shocked to hear that they claim to no longer have access to this information. This lack of record-keeping or accessibility to such crucial documents is highly concerning, and when speaking to a Natasha Carvahlo who is a trainee solicitor, didn’t even understand a simple question I asked. Another woman then proceeded to come on the phone to be rude and disrespectful towards me. I really don’t understand where these people graduate from I think contacting the SRA is probably worth a shout. Absolutely shocking!

As a client who entrusted them with handling a sensitive matter like divorce, I expected them to maintain records and provide me with the information I needed promptly. The fact that they cannot retrieve this information has left me feeling frustrated and questioning the professionalism and reliability of this firm.

In summary, my initial experience with this solicitors firm during my divorce was satisfactory. However, the inability to provide me with essential divorce-related information afterward has been a significant letdown. I hope they can address this issue to prevent similar frustrations for future clients.

I was using Terrells and found out my solicitor was a trainee. This is fine but I obviously want the best so I asked if someone would look over the paperwork to make sure it's all good. 6 days later 2 hours before my hearing she has withdrawn herself from the case breaking the solicitors Code Of Conduct.
