Starting up a poetry writing business in 2019, I was concerned that I had no protection over my name and images. My company logo in particular is something I am proud of and use wherever I can. I got in contact with Mike from Tennant IP and straight away he talked me through the entire process and put my mind at ease. Being uneducated in this area, Mike informed me of the different classes available, exactly what I would be covered for and full explanations as to the reasons why protecting my company identity was so important. Eventually, my application was accepted and I now have full Identity Protection and a UK Trademark for my company. From the very start, all that was required from me was some basic information and images on my company and Tennant IP did everything else.
