My case was handled by Ellie B who was particularly rude towards me because I'm a foreigner and couldn't understand everything. When I said that it was better to leave the claim they started, she told me that if I stopped it at that stage she would charge me for all the costs so far. I had to be abused and stay quiet because they are actually lawyers. It happened in 2023 but I received a link to review today.

I had to call Tenants Advice for the second time. Adil came out to carry out an inspection and he was so lovely. He explained everything thoroughly and carried out his tests and took photos. Adil assured me that the team would be in touch soon with information on the next step. Within a couple of hours I had my update. Adil was kind understanding considerate of my situation and extremely reassuring. I would highly recommend Tenants Advice. A huge thank you to Adil for making it so easy
