After years of complaining to my housing association about the issues in my property, I was able to speak with the team from Tenant Help who went above and beyond to assist me.

They were able to document all of the issues I had in my property and recommended a solicitors who took on my case on a no win, no win fee.

Within a short space of time we were able to finally have all of the disrepair in the property fixed.

Without the help I received from Tenant Help, I would probably still be waiting for my housing to help me.

I am writing this review for an elderly neighbour of my aunts who doesn’t use technology. She was given Greg’s details by another neighbour who he had previously helped. She had mould on her bedroom walls and the wallpaper was peeling off throughout the house due to how damp the walls were. Greg spent a great deal of time with her going through the process of how he could help her and pointed out all the areas of concern, which included a very insecure and dangerous rear garden wall. With his help and the solicitors he was able to get all the repairs done to a very high standard.

Tenant Help assisted me in taking action against my landlord who had left me and my kids living in a damp and mouldy house. The roof was leaking and it was dangerous for us.
