I sought advice over a matter. I found this firm so professional. I met Munshat. He was calm, very knowledgable and his customer service is amazing. While I chose not to proceed with instructing Temple Solicitors, if I have the budget I would 100% choose this firm. They may be small firm but they care. And that is often missing from fat cat solicitors today who often only care about making money.

I came across Bashar Vai through a Facebook post and decided to book a consultation with him for one of my immigration matters. That first consultation was incredibly helpful and gave me the clarity I needed to make a confident decision.

Later, I contacted him again for my asylum case, which was quite complex. Although I already had some advanced knowledge of asylum matters, I still made some serious mistakes. After discussing everything with him, the way he restructured my case was truly impressive.

One thing I really appreciate about Bashar Vai is his ability to guide you on what to include in your case and what to avoid. He understands exactly how certain details can either strengthen or weaken your claim. From my own experience, in asylum cases, even a single unorganised or unnecessary statement can put your entire case at risk — but he won’t let that happen.

They are not professional at all. They just care about money. I arrived there for my appointment at 5. Mr. Bashar told us to just wait 5 min then he came back to us after 40 minutes. White we were waiting, their cleaner started hoovering, dusting and mopping the reception. When we went to Mr bashar's room he gave us the bank details and left the room for another 20 min. He just waste our time for no reason. He should focus more on his professionalism and maintain a proper office environment other than making videos
