Lacking any form of structure or approach, having to continually chase to get a basic response. Getting charged made up hours for responses to me chasing that don't actually answer my question. Literally having to chase a company that is fleecing me. It is absolutely disgusting and will be seeking an alternative source of legal support for my ongoing fight to get my child into special needs school.

My recent experience with Tees was faultless. I needed help with a very difficult financial matter following a break-up. Joshua eased me through the process, calmly and professionally despite the other solicitor going in all guns blazing.
I had a positive outcome. I also believe that Joshua was mindful of my costs and advised waiting rather than action where that was more likely to move things on. It seems counter intuitive but it worked.

Tees lack of care and messy approach to my case would have cost me and my children hundred of thousand of pounds in lost future income. They were aware of my limited income but continued to inflate their fees with unnecessary number of emails and repeating phone calls. Although my junior solicitor knew I was in debt due to the economical abuse I have suffered they suggested that I take out a credit card to pay their fees.
Tees took advantage of my vulnerability and I intend to raise a formal complaint with the ombudsman.
