According to my employer this company was responsible for giving me my pension paperwork but nobody i work with has recieved it. I have been told I can't get my money back by the pension company because I have missed the opt out period because I didn't recieve the paperwork.
Update, I have finaly recieved the forged documents from these fraudsters via my employer

I had cause to use Knill James and was directed to James Bird to resolve a family Trust tax issue so it could be closed in line with HMRC protocols.
