Suffered a month long cyberattack blocking lots of house purchases (including ours) clearly shows they’re lacking BCP planning. Had no confirmation if my data is safe or been leaked as part of this attack.

Once the attack was resolved the lawyer went on holiday for a month with no out of office set and nobody checking their mailbox for over two weeks.

Very slow and vague responses to our solicitor and allowing their customer to think it’s with us & our solicitor when it’s actually TR who is the only person not on the same page as the buyers, buyers solicitors, sellers and agent.

I used Taylor Rose with my remortgage. After a very difficult divorce process Khalid Zeidan was an absolute dream. Every part of the process was done with 100% professionalism. Khalid answered any queries I had promptly and the whole process was done as quickly as he could, unfortunately for me I had a difficult ex which made it a little bit harder, but even then Khalid pressed on and did everything he possibly could.
I recommend Taylor Rose and especially Khalid Zeidan.
