I contacted this law firm with an enquiry regarding an emigration visa to Australia. They started by answering the phone with a simple "Hello", which made me wonder about the professionalism of the company. I was then asked to submit my CV and someone would get back to me to discuss options etc. I never received any further correspondence and despite chasing them, no one ever acknowledged or replies. You can tell when a company is professional, and offers good services, and from my experience, this is not one.
