I have dealt with Taylor Emmet Solicitors for quite a few sales now. Hannah Whiting was the legal secretary I had always used and she was excellent: very efficient, always answered my emails, superb service. Then Hannah went on maternity leave. I worried about my future with Taylor Emmet. I was informed I would be looked after.

My conveyancing was moved to Claire Dibb who I was told would be helpful and take care of my needs as much as Hannah did.
Well what can I say. Claire has been absolutely outstanding. She has responding to all my emails extremely quickly. She has answered all my queries efficiently and has been so helpful and reassuring with everything. She seems to know everything there is to know about conveyancing and selling houses.

I would never go to anyone else but this company. I have had efficient and professional service all the way through each sale. Claire has been such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much.

I recently completed the sale of my house, and Taylor & Emmet were the solicitors recommended by my estate agent. Claire Dibb in their conveyancing team managed my sale, and I was very impressed by the quality of service throughout. Emails were answered increadibly quickly, and Claire was really helpful in making sure everything went through on time when the buyers asked for a quick completion date. I would not hesitate to use them again for a future house move, although I'm hoping this won't be for a while!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Taylor Emmet and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. From the outset, their demeanor was decidedly rude and dismissive. It was evident that they had little respect for third parties, treating my concerns as trivial rather than prioritizing the legal basis.

The level of professionalism was alarmingly low. Communication was poor, with communication going unanswered for days, and phone calls often met with indifference. On multiple occasions, Komal Landa showed a lack of basic courtesy and respect.

Moreover, I was disheartened to discover that they breached several rules of conduct throughout our engagement. Confidentiality seemed to be an afterthought, them discussing my case inappropriately with other parties (not their client). This blatant disregard for ethical guidelines left me feeling exposed and vulnerable.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Taylor Emmet under any circumstances. Their rudeness, unprofessional behavior, and violation of ethical standards make them unfit to handle sensitive legal matters. I urge anyone seeking legal assistance to look elsewhere for a solicitor who values and upholds the integrity of the profession.

We used Taylor Emmet for our house move (sale and purchase) and they were excellent from the beginning to the end of the conveyancing process. We cannot fault their service and professionalism. A particular shout out to Sally and Sarah in Team Winter, who kept us updated regularly and were extremely prompt at responding whenever we had a query.
