Patrick Addis and his Assistant Japjit Kang dealt with the sale and purchase of our property in a very efficient and professional manner.
There were several delays and issues with the sale (none of our or Talbots doing) but Patrick and Japjit dealt with everything that came along calmly and efficiently. Patrick was diplomatic, pragmatic and calming when talking me through some of the issues created by third parties and he always answered my questions promptly; on the few occasions Patrick was otherwise engaged, Japjit was able to update and help me and was clearly au fait with the account. I am really disappointed with the service I received. Whenever I call, my solicitor does not answer the phone, I have not spoken with her on the phone once during the whole experience. The amount of times I've called and had to leave a VM with no call back is ridiculous. I have also had to email multiple times over one query and waited 3 months on a query about whether my dog is allowed to visit at the property, something that I made clear was high priority for me. The seller almost pulled out of the sale and I had just one day to respond to a load of responses on the queries I waited so long for. Even today, I called with no answer, called again and got through to someone else to ask for the Reference number for my payment, they also tried my solicitor and her assistant who didn't pick up as usual. They then said someone would call me back before they close.... well I waited almost 2 hours with no call and I had to call them again. This time someone else answered. My solicitor was also quite rude to the Sales Agents team who were pushing them to respond. I was tagged in emails that made me uncomfortable. I have to make the payment today on completion, but I really feel their services weren't worth the amount I'm paying.
I had a very good relationship with the sales agent, however after all this I can sense it is damaged.
