Lauren and Meghan at Talbot Walker have been incredible during the purchase of our new home. Unfortunately for us, we firstly tried to purchased a property that had a major issue on the deeds, and as FTB felt totally out of our depth. Lauren was quick to respond to our emails and took time to ring and explain everything, we decided after a number of weeks to pull out of the purchase and found another property. Our second property was completed extremely quickly, around 10 weeks. I highly recommend Lauren and the team at Talbot Walker.

An extraordinary level of service and commitment from Lauren on my house sale and subsequent purchase.

When searching for a solicitor you must remember they’re not your PA. Work with your solicitor, categorically do not sit back and expect them to do everything.

Working in this way directly with Lauren and also Meghan resulted in some expected delays of potentially up to three months being rectified in 4 working days! Their expertise never saw bad information given, communication was swift and frequently direct.

Their costs are extremely fair and compared to my previous solicitor who made nothing but mistakes everything was executed exactly as I’d asked.

I’ve no doubt when I come to move again in a few years Lauren will be my first point of call. 5/5 without a doubt.

Excellent Property Conveyancing Service provided by Lauren Fletcher at Talbot Walker. Lauren went above and beyond to guide us through this process. She was always ahead of the game with chasing-up other parties as required.
