I spoke to Kelly Porte today regarding a billing query on my account, as always she was polite and efficient at helping me.

Kelly is brilliant as my account manager, I've had to contact her on a few occasions now, and nothing is too much trouble. My issues or questions have always been answered quickly, there's nothing she doesn't know about card terminals!

Keep ringing me, but still they keep trying even though I've blocked the number, it shows up in my call list that they've tried calling. Everyday they keep trying.
