I have recently had a completely new heating system installed by TSL.

Graeme & Jay carried out the work & were with me for a week.

They were polite, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable & a pleasure to have around.

I was nervous when deciding who to have to do the work but I was reasurred about Graeme's expertise & was told he would have no problems whatsoever in carrying out this installation. How true that was! I am so pleased with the standard of this work & it has certainly restored my faith in tradesmen. To complete on time whilst working in those temperatures couldn't have been easy either.

Thank you Darren, Graeme, Jay & admin staff for your kindness from start to finish. I will certainly be recommending you to family & friends.

Without any hesitation the best heating company in the South Wales Area.
From the first site visit right through to completion was faultless, clear communication, no hidden extras, carpets all protected, polite and on time as promised.
A few issues from my end were worked out by Darren and he helped with everything,
The fitters were told about about my elderly father who struggles a little but they treated him fantastic and took the time to explain the new boiler controls without rushing.
If you need a good solid reliable company then look no further than TSL.

We needed a new boiler as an attempt to repair the old one ( by another contractor) failed dismally. Jake was extremely professional, thorough ( he practically replumbed the whole kitchen!), tidy and pleasant. Even the dog liked him.
Very satisfied with this company and would definitely recommend it to others.

Easy to contact, easy to work with, pricing was clear but plumbing isn't a cheap trade be aware what your paying for. That being said don't feel like I over paid for the job being done and have had no issues with the repair.

I use TSL for my boilers to be serviced and they are excellent and thorough . Wayne is the chap that does the serving and he always polite and explains everything clearly to me . Today I had Jake turn up to change a kitchen sink tap and pipes plus bathroom taps and once again an excellent service . Tsl agreed to attend my home to remove a shower seat that was no longer required due to the death of my Mum the gentleman was Lewis he was respectful timely and conversed politely his name was Lewis a credit to the company he worked at. Invoice was arranged via telephone and I was able to pay very effectively and promptly within hours of completion totally happy with the service provided
