Tim Rees & Co has been outstanding for me and my family for our case, which has been going on for a five long years.
Tim took the time to come to our home and met with my husband after his accident to thoroughly review our case, and even though the odds of success seemed pretty slim, Tim agreed to take on the case despite very minimal evidence and against ALL odds. The defendant and insurer denied any liability, all we had to work with was a negative report from the courts and the negative attitude of the police regarding the accident. Nevertheless, Tim stood by us through it all.

Tim worked very hard on my claim where we successfully challenged the design of a local cycle path following my accident which left facial injuries. My son was knocked off of his bicycle by a car. The driver and her insurance company immediately admitted that it was her fault. My son suffered injuries that took 6 months to heal. The insurance company initially offered a derisory amount which did not even cover the cost of the bike!...so I looked into getting a solicitor to help with our claim. Of the several that I contacted, I liked the sound of Timothy Rees best....I made an excellent choice. Timothy’s research and communication were extremely thorough, including getting an orthopaedic specialist report, and lots of case law exemplars. Hence the insurance company upped their offer to just over £2000. Timothy valued the case higher...the parties could not agree on a figure so it went to the County Court to decide. Thanks to Timothy’s representation we managed to get compensation of comfortably more than twice the figure that the insurance company had offered. I would not hesitate to recommend Timothy Rees.

Felt that my opinions were continuously waived by this firm. Very detached and cold approach; poor compassion, poor customer service and overall poor relationship building with client. Not great communication throughout the case either. Also did not achieve the results that the solicitor aimed for to start with which was misleading and confusing. Towards the end of my case dealing with the Firm felt like fighting a battle. Very stressful. Felt disappointed and dissatisfied so i would not recommend.
