Called and briefly explained problem to reception who then transferred me to colleague who's phone went straight to voicemail so left my details, 4 hours later called again spoke to different receptionist explained problem again only to be told I don't know who you spoke to so you'll need to call back tomorrow, called back next day for the third time phone went straight to voicemail so much for "outstanding & swift service " very unprofessional. Took my business elsewhere.

Would highly recommend. Martin and his team are very experienced professionals who know exactly what they are doing.
They keep you fully up to date and work tireless for you.
Without the hard work of Martin and his team I doubt my move would have gone through.
There are a lot of bad solicitors out there and I would say the outweigh the good ones.
So save yourself anymore stress in what is a very stressful process of buying a property and use Martin and his team.

Shocking….
To think I was calling to arrange a consultation for a legal matter I have, and was presented with no common courtesy by a way of good afternoon / or how can I help. The receptionist answered ‘yep your through’. Maybe I miss-heard so I asked if she could repeat herself. She waffled which I couldn’t make sense of. I asked whom I was speaking to and she refused to give a name. I then gave her reasons to why I needed her name! Anyway, after justifiable reasons she said her name was Tara.
Tara, I am shocked that my first point of call was so unprofessional and argumentative which makes me question if I dodged a bullet! We put our lives/ finances/ family matters in your hands, the least we expect is common courtesy.

My partner had terrible service when purchasing a house. They were very slow to do anything. Charged us over £20 for sending letter. Then when they sent us a letter they did not attach stamps so we had to pay on top. Staff were rude. Took 6 months to do paper work for a sale house. Would not recommend. I feel we pay to much and got very poor service.
