Very slow service and didn't feel a valued client at all. Often we'd hear news or updates from the estate agent and not hear for over a week from the solicitors themselves even after chasing. There was no effort made to be proactive. We were recommend TG Baynes by a friend but were allocated a different solicitor, so I think quality, politeness and level of service differ greatly. We definitely wouldn't use TG Baynes again, the 2 stars is because we did eventually manage to move house so the process was completed.

Didn’t get pass the receptionist, she was so abrupt and rude on the phone, I was calling concerning Probate, but didn’t even get as far as giving details!! If this was the first point of call, then I dreaded the thought of the rest of service.

Cannot fault the service! We bought out first house and Louisa Juchau helped us, she was very thorough and helpful if we needed any advice.

We actually went back to have our marriage oath signed by her!! It's lovely to be able to go back to the same place and know you'll get the same service! Definitely recommend!!

Ultra slow service. Promises made which aren't kept. Website details for the solicitor state he has 'a particular focus on keeping his clients updated' which isn't remotely true.

Louisa is the best! I am very please with her service , no matter i will eventually buy the property or not. I am very glad to have her act on our behalf. everything she've done is nothing less than perfection! Highly recommended !

I was asked to email the Secretary because she was too busy to take phone calls. This was after I had repeatedly explained to her colleague why typing at the moment would be incredibly difficult for myself. Not a great first impression.
