Ed Leland is the best solicitor you can ask for.
His outstanding communication and efficiency throughout the process made everything far more manageable and smooth. Being first time buyers, his support and guidance were beyond helpful.

We truly appreciate the time and care Ed put into handling this case and we are very grateful for his efforts.

Definitely recommend Ed for conveyancing.

Hi, I had NATASHA, she was amazing. I was so glad. She was professional, to the point, very efficient, solution based, quick in reply, supportive, responsive, and she involved additional staff when needed. I truly reccomend her. I have high standards of work and she was up to my standards and beyond. She was informed on my whole case, well organized and really good. I was pleased to have her as my solicitor. I could talk with her about my case easily and she got every detail and knew what I was talking about. She has impressed me with her work ethics, manners, understanding of anxiety and stress levels of the proceedings. The whole staff was super supportive and professional. I'm happy with the level of serve I received.
The only downside of this company is the parking. Hard to get there.

My experience with solicitor Ben Williams was deeply unsatisfactory and disappointing. His pattern of unexplained absences, notably an unannounced holiday, led to unnecessary and significant delays in our conveyancing process. Communication was notably slow, and his responses, when they did occasionally occur, were dismissive, rude, and patronizing. The icing on the cake was the abrupt revelation of a major reduction in the buyer's offer, a critical piece of information we had to pursue ourselves. I strongly advise against engaging his services for any conveyancing needs due to these serious shortcomings in professionalism and communication.

It speaks volumes that this Firm of "Solicitors" fails to respond, demonstrating any care, to such negative Reviews. AND it fails to even respond to those whom have taken the Time to provide great ones too!

Any Form of Solicitors whom Truly cares for Client Care, will immediately respond to concerns raised........as well as express gratitude for Clients whom have taken Time out to express their own Gratitude .

This is what is called "looking through the window"....to recognise what goes on within. Any Firm/Company/Representative is entirely dependant upon their Reviews. It is wcar makes them stand out as either genuinely caring, or could not care less either way.

I would NEVER instruct a firm that ignores and treats its Clients, past and present, with such disdainful contempt. And neither should the Legal Aid Board.

There will always be someone whom complains and is never happy. Whether valid or otherwise. But there is no truly Professional, caring Firm, possessing an ounce of Integrity, whom would choose to ignore them all. Whether to address concerns raised; or to especially take a moment in time to express Gratitude to those whom have taken the time to express theirs.

Every one of the "great" solicitors would do well to rapidly source a different law firm to work with. Those great ones, should RUN!

This is clearly not a Firm renowned for Client Care.....whether excellent or abysmal

Congratulations to those whom were blessed with good solicitor employees. Those really need to RUN away to a firm that respects their client dedication! And never look back.

I brought my first property with them, I was informed they were rude towards the estate agents. Few years later I wrote to them, thinking I can re-use their service, wrote to them a few days ago, yet to hear a reply. Very slow service.

Used their services for a recent house move following a recommendation from Baker Estate agents. From the start the service was excellent, great comms from Ed Leland with clear updates throughout the whole process. I can’t fault their service, thank you

Disappointing. My partner has been looking around for a local solicitor to handle a conveyancing. They called Symons as advised on their site and was told to email someone called "Sean". They did this perhaps about four times over a week and he's ignored every single one.
I came to this firm recommended but they can't even be bothered acknowledging potential customers, or even having the courtesy for a quick "sorry, but we can't help" so we know. Can only assume our case didn't have enough of a margin in it for them.
Waste of time !

Didn't provide any reassurance that they were on top of matters, no reply to emails and generally very lacklustre and not bothered to be honest. They're probably totally unaware of my case at the moment and kept my money on account and couldn't care less whether the case continues or not.

Have since gone a few doors down and receiving quality legal representation.

Would never recommend.
