Totally wasted our time. Sent them a DAS form in February and still hasn’t completed it for A prof. neg. Claim by 28 April. Claim had to be made 19 May or claim statute barred. Really put us up against the clock.

Poor advice and inadequate plan of action. Terrible performance in court and didn’t argue my case at all and followed the recommendations as per the CAFCASS report. He was more concerned about extracting money from me every time we spoke and didn't return my calls. I wouldn’t recommend this form of solicitors for family matters. Stay away.
